Terms of use

About these terms
This website is run by Medmate India Technology Private Limited (“MedMate”). By using it, you agree to these terms. Ordering through the MedMate app, when it launches, will be covered by the app’s own terms.
MedMate is not taking orders yet
MedMate is launching soon in Bengaluru. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell medicines. When the service launches, medicines will be sold and dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies, not by MedMate.
Waitlist offer: MedMate Premium
People who join the waitlist before MedMate launches in their area get MedMate Premium free for 3 months from the day MedMate launches in their area, on the terms set out on the MedMate Premium page. Those terms form part of these terms. If you joined while an offer was shown, you keep that offer even if it later changes for new sign-ups.
Information only, not medical advice
Medicine pages and articles are general information to help you talk to your doctor or pharmacist. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription or a substitute for professional advice. Do not start, stop or change a medicine because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
Product information and prices
Product details come from manufacturers’ and marketers’ listings and may differ from the pack you receive; always read the label. MRPs are shown as listed on the date stated on each page and may change. No pharmacy may charge more than the MRP printed on the pack.
